We have a 10-day Exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN The cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility and you can return the order via courier of your choice. We recommend that you return the parcel to us using a tracked or signed for service, to ensure we receive the parcel here safely. Please keep hold of your receipt as proof of postage. Whilst your return parcel is in transit, it is your responsibility. For a smooth and safe return of your purchase, please follow these steps:
1. Fill in the return form that was sent with the order and place the form in one of the original shoeboxes you will return back to us. If you do not send the return form with the return parcel, we cannot process the return.
2. Protect the shoebox(es) carefully with the original packaging material. If you choose to keep the accompanying shoebox or tape it, you will be charged a sum of 5$, which corresponds to its value.
4. The return will be processed within 10 days counting from the day we have received the return parcel. Send the return parcel with a delivery courier of your choice to us at the following address:

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds Returns are made if the goods are damaged, defective or unusable. If the size is not suitable, we only exchange the goods for the right size, such goods are not subject to full return only the exchange for the right size! if the product is damaged or unfit for consumption, in this case, video or photo evidence must be provided, if so, we will refund the money. otherwise only the exchange of goods for another size. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
